In just a little over two weeks, Georgina’s film ‘Nerve’ will be premiering at the Sydney Film Festival and they’ve just shared with us (via their youtube channel) a video of Georgina urging you to see the film. The film will be showing at the festival on both 12 June and 16 June, tickets available via their site.

Georgina recently began using her twitter account and earlier today she revealed a new role she’s taking on in an upcoming Australian film titled “The Mule”. From what we know so far, the film will otherwise feature Hugo Weaving and John Noble. There’s no word yet on who Georgina will play in the film, but I will update if any news surfaces. “Crawl” was released on DVD and Bluray a little over a week ago and I’ve now added screencaps from the film to the gallery. Georgina portrayed Marilyn Burns, a waitress who unsuspectingly was in for a night of horror. After a long wait and many festivals, ‘Crawl’ is being released on DVD and Bluray starting today in the UK and tomorrow in the US. Georgina stars opposite George Shevtsov as Marilyn Burns, a waitress who’s entire life changes when a mysterious Croatian psychopath takes her hostage in her own home. In addition to the DVD release, ‘Crawl’ will also be available on iTunes and all other video on demand platforms starting tomorrow!
At the end of last year, Georgina worked on a new film project titled ‘Nerve’. The project was shot in a little over 14 days and is coming along at a quick pace. Last week was the DVD and Bluray release of The Sapphires, where Georgina can be seen as Glynnis, a racist tupperware seller in the 1960’s. She appears in three scenes of the film’s first half. I am excited to announce that Georgina was cast in an Australian film titled “Nerve”, where she will play Grace, a young drug addict. Filming on the project began back in November and the film has an expected release for sometime in 2013.
